Audition Notice

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Clemson Area Youth Theatre's (CAYT) musical production of Into the Woods Jr. We are excited to meet you at auditions!

CAYT productions are only for youth, age 10–18 (through 12th grade). Please be available for potential callbacks on Tuesday, August 11th, 6:00–8:00pm — you'll be contacted only if needed. Rehearsals start Monday, August 17th (full calendar available at auditions). If you are ONLY interested in helping with Tech or Backstage Crew, indicate that in the session question below and still fill out the form. Sign-ups close Tuesday, August 5 at 11:59 PM.

Audition format: prepare a song from the show and perform it at your audition time — a producer will email song options about a week before. You'll also read/act from the script in groups at your audition time.

Performances are October 23rd–25th and October 30th–November 1st: Fridays at 7:30pm, Saturdays/Sundays at 3:00pm (plus a Saturday, October 31st 7:30pm show). There will also be one field-trip performance on Friday, October 30th at 9:15am.
